Students performing are from The Charlesworth Ballet College. CBC is a professional dance training programme designed to nurture and develop the young dancer to enable him or her to achieve a career in dance. With the high demands for work in the dance industry CBC has devised a solid, diverse training programme, which includes Classical, Contemporary, Spanish & Character Dance, Music, Theory and Performance. Classical Ballet makes up the major component of the courses studied and uses the Vaganova method of training considered the finest syllabus for classical ballet. Students are performing two pieces, La Diversité and La Place, choreographed by a local choreographer.
